The final notice of the annual meeting was mailed to all owners last week on November 30th. You can view a digital copy of the materials by clicking on the link below. Please note that the file below does not contain a copy of the ballot because there are specific requirements for the secret ballot voting process and all ballots must be uniform in appearance and must be returned to the Association in the specially marked envelopes that were included in the packets. Please make sure you follow the voting instructions carefully in order for your vote to be counted.
You CAN return your proxy form via email or fax if you will not be able to attend the meeting. If you have any questions about the annual meeting materials please contact management.
