Dear Belle Haven Owners,

I am writing to let you know that there is going to be another staffing change in our office. We have all enjoyed working with Pam King these last few weeks and are very sorry to announce that she will be leaving us to take a position that she was offered in her field of expertise at an assisted living facility.

We are happy to say that Christine “Chris” Haga will be managing your property. Chris has been an employee of Coastal and a CAM for a little over two years. Chris has been an onsite manager of an ocean-front condominium association and is now ready to take on portfolio management. We apologize for any inconveniences or confusion this may cause but Chris is ready to hit the ground running and start the new year off on the right foot with the full support of the Coastal team.
